MAIN OBJECTIVES

• Integration of MOOCs into the educational process: Enriching and supplementing traditional curricula with modern online courses to improve the quality of education and its accessibility.
• Cooperation with national and international educational platforms: Development of partnerships to expand the possibilities of providing MOOCs on various platforms, including international ones.
• Technological update and improvement: Continuous improvement of the material, technical and software base for the effective development, maintenance and distribution of electronic courses.
• Improving the quality and competitiveness of educational content: Development and implementation of innovative methods for creating MOOCs that meet international standards.

INTEGRATING MOOCS INTO THE LEARNING PROCESS

In order to regulate the development of MOOCs by the teaching staff, as well as to regulate the work of employees accompanying the MOOC development process, the "Regulation on mass open online courses" ATU-CIET-RP has been developed-7.5.1-2023-02 .

MAIN TASKS

To achieve the set goals, the department performs the following tasks:

• Organization of interaction with MOOC placement platforms: Development and implementation of strategies for placing courses on leading educational platforms, both national and international. Create courses in various formats to ensure their accessibility and ease of use.
• Hardware and software updates.
• Development of methods for evaluating learning outcomes: The introduction of advanced technologies to assess students' knowledge and skills, including tools to improve the objectivity of assessments and student identification.
• Support and advice for teachers: Methodological and technical assistance to teachers in creating high-quality educational content for MOOCs, including training in the use of new technologies and tools.
